When things around you are in turmoil, and the times are changing, find those few truths or paths that can make an impact and rally others around to focus on them.
We have the greatest control over what goes on in our own minds. Start from there and work outward. When we change our own mindsets, we reduce our stress levels, increase our health and happiness, and improve our ability to serve others. Be the change by first modeling the change for others.
